WEST JORDAN -- A teenager from West Jordan will soon take her love for people and her love for service abroad.
Shanlee Morgan was recently named a People to People Student Ambassador. She will represent the United States next spring on a fellowshipping trip to Australia.
While there, she hopes to gain and share experiences with other teens.
"I'm kind of a people person. I want to work with people when I'm older and I want to own my own business. So learning about that now is good for the future," she says.
Shanlee won this week's KSL High 5. Our High 5 partners, Les Schwab, presented Shanlee with a gift basket as part of that honor.
