SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Utah Transit Authority will be running extra TRAX trains for fans attending the Utah-Pittsburgh football game.

The game is a sellout and there will be three additional TRAX trains from Sandy to Rice Eccles Stadium for increased capacity Thursday afternoon.

Extra trains will depart Sandy Civic Center Station at 5:04, 5:19 and 5:34 p.m. That is in addition to the regular TRAX schedule which runs every 15 minutes.

All other Sandy trains after 5 p.m. will require a transfer at Gallivan Plaza Station to a University train.

In addition, UTA will run at least three direct trains from Rice-Eccles Stadium to Sandy after the game. All trains will have extra cars both before and after the game to accommodate more riders.
