TOOELE -- A man accused of shooting his brother in the head is now charged with attempted murder.

Police arrested Cameron Silveira in Grantsville last Friday, a day after officers found his younger brother, Levi, bleeding on the lawn of the Tooele City Public Library.

According to charging documents, witnesses heard the brothers arguing the day before the shooting. Cameron Silveira apparently was upset with his brother for taking a backpack.

Cameron Silveira is also charged with two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of tampering with a witness, and possession of a firearm by a restricted person.
