SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Salt Lake City man has been charged with automobile homicide in an accident that killed a bicyclist.
The accident happened on October 15th and the bicyclist died the next day after being hit by a truck. His name was not released.
Rogelio Molina is charged with third-degree felony automobile homicide and failing to give his name and assistance at an accident.
A cab driver who saw the accident followed the truck and called police.
