SALT LAKE CITY -- A scooter crashed into a taxicab in downtown Salt Lake City Thursday night, leaving two people in critical condition.
Police say the scooter was headed east on 200 South around 11 p.m. when it hit the cab in the intersection at 200 West.
The two people on the scooter -- a man and a woman -- were not wearing helmets and were critically injured. The taxi driver sustained minor injuries.
Police aren't sure who was at fault.
