(KSL News) A man was killed tonight after walking in front of a TRAX train in Midvale.
Police say the train was traveling at full speed--about 55 miles an hour. They say the man was killed instantly.
No one is sure why he went in front of the train, and they're trying to determine if it was an accident or suicide.
The victim's name hasn't been released. Trains were stopped in Sandy and Midvale, and buses ferried TRAX passengers back and forth.
