(KSL News) Christians around the world celebrated Palm Sunday today. Christians of many denominations marched through their churches throughout Utah, carrying palm fronds and singing hymns at the official beginning of the Easter week.
Thousands of Christians in Jerusalem today waved palms as they walked down the Mount of Olives into the heart of the city. It is meant to re-create the crowd that met Jesus as he entered Jerusalem, days before his crucifixion. Mass then followed that procession.
