(KSL News) -- State attorneys will discuss the possibility of capping gas prices in Utah.
Today, they're discussing a new law that would prevent excessive price hikes when a state of emergency is declared -- which Governor Huntsman has done
The law would prohibit vendors from raising their prices more than 10 percent in a month.
