WOODS CROSS -- A Woods Cross man is facing charges for allegedly firing a handgun into the apartment of an ex-girlfriend, the Standard-Examiner reports.
Police say Darrell Erick Larsen, 32, came to the woman's home at 453 W. 1500 South around 1:30 a.m. Sunday and knocked on the door. When no one answered, he fired several shots through a window.
Two people were inside the home at the time, but no one was injured.
Larsen then left, and several hours later was taken into custody at his home at 900 South and 700 West after an hour-long standoff with police.
He was booked into Davis County Jail on $10,000 bail. He is now charged with felony discharge of a firearm and possession or use of a firearm by a restricted person.
