Ahi Tuna Poke**Yield: 5 Servings**

Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped
  • 5 tbsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 5 tbsp. Fresh mint, chopped
  • ½ cup Green onion, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple, diced small
  • ¾ cup Macadamia nuts, salted, toasted
  • 2 lbs. Fresh tuna steak, medium cubed
  • 1 tsp. Kosher salt
  • ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • ½ cup Fresh lime juice
Preparations:1. Place all ingredients in a bowl; gently fold together until evenly mixed.
  1. Serve immediately or refrigerate covered for up to 2 hours before serving.
Plate Assembly:Divide mixture equally between servings.
