The clash between President Donald Trump and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi dominated an on-camera meeting at the Oval Office that was supposed to help find a way to avoid a government shutdown over Trump's border wall demands. Instead of coming together, Trump and Pelosi lectured each other and traded insults while Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer joined in. Pelosi later told lawmakers privately that Trump's border wall was a "manhood thing" for him.
