OUTSIDE — Whether or not you’re tired of the coronavirus and social isolation, the pandemic is still a worldwide issue that we are dealing with.
For the extroverts and social butterflies among us, this isolation stuff has probably been extra difficult with no parties, large group activities or no friends in sight. But what if I told you there is another way to make new friends while keeping your social distance while we try to reduce the spread of COVID-19?
Basically you just have to turn into a Disney princess and (safely) make friends with some woodland creatures.
Oh, you think that’s a joke suggestion? You think it can’t be done? Well there is one man who is about to show you that it’s a real tactic, and you don’t even have to sing any songs about princes or love or dreams or anything.
This featured video shows you the exact technique. All you have to do is get some hummingbird feeder flowers, fill the mini feeders with sugar water as is custom, attach them to a pair of glasses, and put the glasses on your face.

The next part is the trickiest part — waiting silently with stillness and patience until a few find feathered friends show up. Voila! New friends.
Please note that even though singing (or humming) is not required to make hummingbird friends, there is no rule against it either. In fact, you might feel like singing after the magical feeling of making friends with a woodland creature.
If this technique fails for you, this video of a hummingbird snoring will at least make you feel a little bit better.
