THE GREAT OUTDOORS — This weekly column highlights user-submitted photos and video of Utahns exploring our beautiful state. Watch for it each Thursday to get ideas for your next outdoors adventure.

The warm weather lured more residents into the outdoors this past week and many sent in photos of their adventures. One group of women went Jeeping, rappelling and hiking near beautiful Moab. Another family went hiking in Snow Canyon State Park and explored the lava tubes.

Another group of adventurers strapped smoke bombs to their snowboards for a last-season ski run down the mountain.

Keep sending us photos and videos of your outdoor adventures. Also, look for our Hike of the Week each Monday morning to get ideas for your next outing.

Whether you are into mountain biking, riding ATVs, boating, snowboarding, hiking or hunting, Utah can accommodate your outdoors needs — and we'd love to see photos of you in action.

Send pictures or video of your recent outdoor activities in Utah's backcountry to fjolley@ksl.com. We'd love to highlight your adventures.
