(KSL News) Davis County prosecutors filed the first charge in connection with nude photos swapped between teenagers in several middle and high schools in the county.
The 15-year-old boy faces a third-degree felony charge of dealing in material harmful to a minor in juvenile court.
Prosecutors say this is likely the only felony charge that will be filed in the case, though other misdemeanors could be filed against other teens involved in the sharing of obscene photos.
Police say more than two dozen kids were involved in the photo swapping.
