WEBER COUNTY -- A Weber County Justice Court judge is facing allegations of sexual harassment.

The Standard-Examiner reports court administrator Marcia Eisenhour, 49, filed a lawsuit Feb. 19 in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City against Weber County and Judge Craig Storey, 55. The suit claims Eisenhour was the victim of Storey's unwanted sexual advances for more than two years.

The suit also claims Eisenhour complained to the county attorney's office in 2008 about Storey's behavior but that nothing was done.

The paper reports that previously the allegations against Storey were investigated by the Utah Judicial Conduct Commission but that no public reprimand was given.

Storey's attorney has previously said Storey would not comment on the suit.
