Mary Richards, KSL NewsradioStudents at the University of Utah are learning more about the dangers of sites like Facebook and MySpace, after three students got busted for what they posted online.

Three U students were caught posting pictures of themselves online, drinking alcohol in their dorm room at a party. Usually the punishment is a class about alcohol dangers, but in this case the students lectured classmates about what you can and can't post online.

Jay Wilgus: "We have so many students we haven't even considered what the issues might be."

Jay Wilgus supervises 800 students in the dorms at the U. He says students need to know MySpace and Facebook aren't private. He might see students' Web sites, as well as professors and potential employers.
