(KSL News) One of the suspects believed to be involved in a gang-related homicide is back on the streets. Twenty-five-year-old Soakai Satini Jr. was released from the Salt Lake County jail late last week.
The district attorney's office says they declined to file charges due to insufficient evidence.
Police arrested Satini in relation to the murder of 22-year-old Solomone Tuifua on February 24.
Another suspect, David Kamoto, is still in custody. Police now believe Kamoto was the shooter, but witnesses say there were several people involved.
