(KSL News) -- A former Granite School District substitute teacher has been sentenced to a year in home confinement for touching a student inappropriately.

Jeremy Penrose pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a child.
He was also ordered to perform 150 hours of community service and refrain from contact with anyone under the age of 18.
Penrose was accused of grabbing a 13-year-old student's breast twice in January 2004, in a history class at Matheson Junior High.
