(KSL News) Judges snoozing on the bench is the complaint in an anonymous letter published in this month's edition of the Utah Bar Journal.
The letter complains that judges are falling asleep during court hearings. And, the writer asks for advice about how to wake a sleeping judge.
A Utah judge says he doesn't doubt the problems exist. But, sleeping on the bench is unethical, and a judge is "duty bound" to stay awake.
