WEST JORDAN -- Police are looking for two teenagers who robbed a fast-food restaurant with knives.
Witnesses tell West Jordan police the boy and girl went into the Taco Time restaurant near 9000 South and 2700 West Saturday night.
Carrying a machete and a long knife, the pair turned out the lights, took money from the cash register and then went on to rob employees of their wallets and jewelry.
A customer who was waiting for someone to take his order in the drive-through saw what was going on and called police; however, the robbers fled before officers arrived.
