(KSL) Charges were filed against a 20-year-old woman in connection with a deadly hit-and-run accident.
Nary Quintana faces several charges, including leaving the scene of an accident involving death or injury and driving on a suspended or revoked license.
Witnesses say she hit 48-year-old Mason Haywood while he was scraping the ice off his car and then drove off.
Several hours later, she turned herself in.
Her next court date is in April.
