(KSL News) -- Another round of shakeups at the Utah State Prison in response to a scathing state audit.
The Governor already appointed a new director, Tom Patterson. Now Patterson is cleaning house at the Point of the Mountain.
One of the first to go is the Director of Adult Probation and Parole, Will Fowlke. He'll be replaced by a 23-year veteran of AP&P, Brent Butcher.
Patterson is also bringing in two new deputy directors, and he warned this is the first of many changes.
