PHOENIX (AP) -- A Colorado City polygamist was charged with five criminal counts alleging he had unlawful sex with minors who became his wives.
A complaint filed late last month in Mohave County Superior Court alleges Orson William Black Jr. had sexual relations with a teen when she was 15 to 17 years old. Black faces similar charges involving another teen.
Colorado City is a small enclave on the Arizona-Utah line; most members of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter-day Saints, live in Colorado City and neighboring Hildale, Utah.
