SANDY -- A man pleaded guilty Tuesday to the murder of a 9-month-old boy.
Jared Daniel Billette pleaded guilty to a charge of felony child-abuse homicide in connection with the October death of Milo Doxley. Billette said he was swinging Milo when the child's head hit a hard surface, causing the fatal injury.
Prosecutors originally charged Billette with first-degree felony murder but reduced the charge in exchange for the guilty plea.
