(KSL News) -- Two young people turned themselves into police today and admitted they vandalized a cave near Wendover.

As we reported yesterday, archaeologists were angered to find damage in Juke Box Cave. Graffiti was written directly on top of ancient rock art. It included two highly visible names... "Kayla" and "Tony G."

Today, two teenagers with those names, surrendered after friends called them about our broadcast.

An investigator told us they admitted doing the graffiti. But did not admit to do any digging in the cave.

They also did not admit to bending bars on a security gate or to entering nearby Danger Cave.

Both caves were vandalized sometime last month.
