Easy, tasty recipe for a Sunday dinner or a dinner on a day when you have to do some shopping and you don't want to mess around with a cooking ordeal.....
1 beef roast, any kind
1 1/4 ounce package brown gravy mix, dry
1 1/4 ounce package dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 1/4 ounce package ranch dressing mix, dry
1/2 cup water
Place the roast in crock pot. Mix the dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast. Pour water around the roast. Cook on low for 7-9 hours.
How easy is that! Add some mashed potatoes, a veggie, bread and you are in business. Serves 8
