(KSL News) -- A Trax train accident survivor, a very lucky dog, is now at the animal shelter hoping his owner comes to claim him.
A male German Shepherd cheated death but has some battle scars after being hit by Trax in Sandy over the weekend. A good samaritan came to his rescue and got him to a vet.
He was treated for cuts and bruises, but miracously no broken bones or internal injuries. "Lucky" as he's now called was released from the vet and will wait at the Sandy Animal Shelter.
