(KSL News) -- A routine traffic stop turns into a high speed chase through three counties.
It all began when Highway Patrol troopers tried to pull over this motorist on I-15.
The driver, apparently worried about an outstanding warrant for his arrest, took off -- leading police on a 45 minute chase through Salt Lake and Davis counties before officers were finally able to spike his tires near Ogden.
The driver is now in custody. No one was injured in the pursuit.
