(KSL News) -- Police tonight arrested two suspects, believed to have been involved in a drive-by shooting in West Valley last night.
A 16-year-old boy was outside his house with friends when the driver of a passing car fired shots and hit him in the leg.
Today police and the metro gang unit received several tips that one of the suspects was 16-year old Jose Mensias.
Authorities surrounded a house they believed Mensias was hiding in until he and another suspect surrendered.
