(Park City-AP) -- An investigation clears a Treasure Mountain Middle School principal of allegations he mistreated five teachers.
The teachers accused Principal Bob O'Connor of harassment, threatening to fire them, and public ridicule.
The Jordan School District investigated the claims and interviewed school and district officials.
The report says evidence doesn't support claims of sexual harassment, sex discrimination and a hostile working environment.
But the teachers' lawyer says investigators looked into wrong allegations and that they weren't alleging sexual harassment and discrimination.
They've filed complaints with the Utah Anti-discrimination and Labor Division, which has not yet made a finding.
Three teachers were transferred from the school, but two remain.
