SALT LAKE CITY -- A car slammed through the side of an auto repair shop in Salt Lake City Sunday afternoon.

Police said the driver was traveling east on 600 South just before 12:30 when he hit another car. That's when the driver lost control and ended up crashing through the side of the building at 311 West.

"Fortunately the building did maintain its structure and didn't collapse any further. Fortunately no one was injured," said Lt. Cal Kunz with the Salt Lake City Police Department.

Though the crash didn't cause any injuries, plenty of damage was done to both the car and the building.
