DRAPER -- Convicted killer Ralph Leroy Menzies says he doesn't want to hear from the son of his victim anymore.
Lawyers for Menzies have asked a judge to prohibit Matt Hunsaker from speaking at anymore hearings involving Menzies and his death penalty appeals.
They claim victim's rights laws do not mean Hunsaker can speak at all hearings, only those dealing with a substantive issue directly related to him.
Hunsaker's mother was kidnapped and murdered by Menzies in 1986.
Menzies has been fighting the death sentence handed down in the case claiming his lawyers overlooked evidence in the case.
