SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The Humane Society of Utah is working with the Utah Food Bank to help feed needy people during the holidays.

Anyone who brings three or more nonperishable food items to the Humane Society's veterinary clinic will receive a 15 percent discount that same day on clinic services. The offer is effective through Nov. 25.

Food can be donated at the clinic from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. On Saturdays, the clinic is open from 9 a.m. to noon.
