(KSL News) -- One impressive bright spot: Water Conservation.
Each year since 2000, Utahns have saved more water than the year before.
Two years ago, we were helped quite a bit by a cool and wet fall.
Per capita water use has dropped between 12% and 20% since 1995.
Officials say those conservation measures are greatly helping the state get through the drought.
