President Obama is not on the ballot tomorrow. Neither are members of Congress. But we're watching the elections in New Jersey and Virginia to see if the President has any coattails. ABC Political Consultant Steve Roberts commented on KSL this morning that Barack Obama changed the shape of the electorate a year ago, and it will be interesting to see if those voters come out for this off-year election. Steve also talked about how he believes this is the Democrats' economy now, and that is going to be hard to win with. Click here to hear more from Steve.

It's ilegal to text while driving here in Utah. In several other states around the country, it's illegal to talk on a hand-held phone while driving. Are people paying any attention to the law? "No," ABC's Alex Stone reported from Los Angeles. He rode along in a black and white for four hours recently and watched people talking on their phones unashamedly, even after they saw the officer. There is some discussion about whether a $20 fine is just not high enough to be an incentive to changing behavior. Click here to hear more from Alex.
