(KSL News) A Salt Lake City motorcycle officer is back at work after getting into an accident during a high speed chase last night.
The accident happened as the officer headed westbound on 4th South with his lights flashing and sirens blaring.
Traffic was stopped in the area, and as the officer tried to get through the crowd he hit the rearend of a vehicle, laid the bike down, and slid for several yards.
He suffered minor injuries.
