OREM -- Three people police say robbed a drug dealer have landed in jail after the dealer called the cops on them.
Orem police got a call Tuesday from a man saying he'd just been robbed by two men. He told police one had a gun and the other had a hammer.
Sgt. Craig Martinez said the victim followed the suspect's vehicle a short distance until an officer arrived but, at that point, the victim drove off.
Police found three people in the vehicle -- two men and woman.
"Two of the individuals in the car had arranged a drug deal with someone, and what they decided to do was rob their drug dealer," said Martinez.
Police found a gun, a hammer, and balloons of heroin with the suspects. Devon Diamond, Dakota Fraughton and Lea Hebertson were booked into jail.
Now police are trying to track down the person who called for help who could be both a victim and a drug dealer.
