(KSL News) A bathroom fan may have started a fire in a West Valley fourplex.
The fire started in a basement apartment at 3200 South 4100 West.
A person living in the apartment above noticed smoke and called 9-1-1. The two people living there were not home at the time.
Officials estimate 20 thousand dollars in damage to the basement apartment and an additional five thousand to an upstairs apartment.
