(KSL News) -- Salt Lake County Sherrif's deputies are investigating a case of vandalism at a church in Salt Lake County.
The stake president of the Riverton Copperview Stake arrived to the LDS church, located at 4505 west 11800 south, this morning around 6:00, and found 13 trees had been cut down on the property.
Officials estimate the destuction caused about $10,000 dollars damage. The church itself was not vandalized.
Authorities are now trying to figure out who is responsible.
