Salt Lake City (AP) -- The woman accused of strangling her two-year-old daughter to death before police found her in a car along Interstate 70 will go to trial in September.

Police say Wendy Bullock pulled alongside another car on the side of I-70 in Grand County and asked a motorist for razor blades in January. The man alerted police, who found the girl dead in the car when they arrived.

Police say Sarah Bullock may have been dead for several hours before she was found.

Bullock has been found competent to stand trial.

She's scheduled to for a three-day trial beginning September 29th.
