AMERICAN FORK -- Family, friends, students and colleagues said their final goodbyes to a beloved American Fork High School band teacher.
Hundreds filled a church for the funeral service for Heather Christensen Saturday morning.
Those who knew Christensen remembered her as dedicated teacher with a love for music and her students.

The band performed a special tribute during the service.
Christensen, 33, died a week ago when the bus carrying the school's band members swerved off Interstate 15 and crashed just north of the Utah-Idaho border.
Some students claimed Christensen saved their lives when she grabbed the wheel of the bus after the driver blacked out.
