(KSL News) -- A semi-truck full of pigs caught on fire along Interstate 15 this morning.
Nevada Highway Patrol troopers say 30 pigs were killed and a few more had to be put down.

The truck was carrying nearly 200 pigs from St. George to Las Vegas around 5:00 a.m. this morning.
Troopers say the fire started in the cab and quickly moved to the load of pigs.
The driver is okay.
Authorities blame the fire on a mechanical failure.
