(KSL News) A hit and run accident in West Valley City leaves a man in serious condition.
A motocyclist was travelling on 3100 South when a car turned in front of the biker.
Police say the driver took off after the accident. Witnesses were able to get a license plate number, and within minutes officers found the driver.
The motorcyclist was flown to the hospital with several broken bones and head injures. He apparently was not wearing a helmet.
The driver of the car faces numerous charges, including driving under the influence.
