(KSL News) -- A 16-year-old boy is in serious condition after hitting a pickup truck head-on in Kearns.
It happened early Thursday morning, at the intersection of 5415 South and 4320 West. Police say it looks like the boy fell asleep at the wheel.. crossed lanes.. and hit the truck.
The teenager was flown to University of Utah Medical Center where he is in serious condition. The driver of the truck was also taken to the hospital by ambulance.
