UDOT opened its 2700 North Project this morning. The road runs from Interstate 15 in Farr West to Washington Boulevard in North Ogden.
After government officials cut a ribbon, antique cars and a band paraded down the street.
The project provides a key freeway connection for North Ogden and Pleasant View.
