(KSL News) -- Two Utah brothers lost their appeal in a lawsuit against a Catholic priest accused of sexual assault.
Charles and Ralph Colosimo say James Rapp molested them 30 years ago, when they were students at Judge Memorial High School.
Last year, a judge dismissed the lawsuit because of the statute of limitations.
Today, the Utah Court of Appeals upheld that dismissal.
The Colosimo's will now appeal to the State Supreme Court.
Rapp is already serving 40 years in Oklahoma for molesting a boy there.
