(KSL News) -- The death of a Utah hunter has been ruled an accident.

A Draper man was hunting in Washington state on Christmas Eve when he was accidentally shot by his brother. 25-year-old Dale Millard's was pronounced dead in a swamp in Duvall, Washington.

Millard's brother told investigators his gun accidentally went off when he fell in some deep water, striking Millard in the neck.
