Shelley Osterloh ReportingThey insist it wasn't a wager. Oh no, just a "friendly gift exchange" between two Governors over a football game. And because the Utes won the Fiesta Bowl, the Pensylvania Governor is paying up.
So Former Governor Olene Walker has announced a contest for Ute Fans to win a free trip to Pennsylvania.
Olene Walker, Former Utah Governor: "Any Ute fan can send in a post card and there will be three winners drawn. One gets the trip to Pennsylvania. And it's not just a trip, you have a choice between an Eagle's game and a Steeler's game."
In addition, two trips within Utah will be given away -- one is a Snowbird ski vacation, the other is a Moab getaway.
