(KSL News) -- An early morning fire gutted a mobile home in Sandy.
Fortunately the family was on vacation so no one was injured. By the time firefighters arrived, the trailer was engulfed.
It was a windy morning and initially crews feared the fire would travel to neighboring trailers. They were able to contain the blaze, though the heat melted a side of the trailer next door.
Officials don't know yet how the fire started.
