ROSE PARK -- Police say a teenager is responsible for driving a car into a canal in Rose Park.
Fire crews responded to 2100 N. Rose Park Lane around 8 a.m. Monday to see if anyone was inside the vehicle. No one was, so they turned the case over to police.
They discovered a teen accidentally drove the car into the canal then got scared and left the scene.
Officers did not say if he will face charges.
